@Baz, haha.

Black Adam 2/10. Not a movie for me. Justice society? A new Hawk guy, new Dr. guy, some more new randoms, bad plot Spoiler Block(good guy takes out bad guys, but the Justice society has to stop him, because he's killing people, yet the people want him there as a hero, so the fight each other instead, becomes "friends" and work together to stop the evil, bla bla bla..).

I concur about Black Adam. I was disappointed too. You can usually rely on The Rock to offer an action/adventure that is pretty entertaining. But this movie just fell flat.

All the Light We Cannot See (TV Mini Series 2023) - This was a great mini-series, with a gripping story line. The only negative thing I found with it was the accents. For some reason they opted to have the French characters adopt an English accent, while the German's characters spoke with a weak German accent. And I could not figure out what Mark Ruffalo's accent was supposed to be. It would have been more captivating if the accents were all relative, or had subtitles with native languages. Otherwise I really enjoyed the series. It has suspense, great special effects and Hugh Laurie was brilliant. An interesting fact too, the lead actress had never acted before and her first ever audition was for this series.

The Gentleman (2023) Season One

If you like Guy Ritchie films like Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels etc then you will like this. It is like a typical Guy Ritchie movie that has been spread over an 8 episode series. It is full of dry and silly humour, with likeable characters and a great script, I highly recommend it :) 9/10

This seems like a very interesting and entertaining thread! When I have 2 hours (or more) to kill, I'll read it all. :lol:

The last movie I watched very recently was "Miranda's Victim" and I truly liked it. Based on a true story, it has a very good cast.
As for the series, I really like "Tracker". I don't like many comedies, but I also watch "Ghosts" (US version) & "The Neighborhood".

And like many, I'm waiting like a fool for "Yellowstone" to end their series, lol
