TheDuke64 was previously declined for insufficient contributor points. But in just a month he has turned his score around. While his download/upload ratio is showing inadequate, everything else is good.

Does anyone know of any reason that they should not be promoted?
For example, if you know the artwork does not belong to them or in your opinion their artwork should not have been approved into the gallery, please let us know.
