I have made a huge upgrade from an early 2009 Mac Pro desktop to a Mac Studio with an M1 chip. As a result, I am needing to update quite a bit of my software, as well. I have gone from using Photoshop from the CS6 package to Photoshop 2024. I used a bunch of the Topaz Legacy plug-ins with my old PS software, but PS 2024 doesn't recognize any of them when I try to access them through the filter menu.
Any suggestions? Is anyone using other filters than Topaz that to the same job? I loved Topaz Adjust 5. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Press Command and I instead of Double click the Photoshop app. The check "Rosetta". That will solve your Problem but Photoshops Performance will be a bit worse then without Rosetta.
But the Overall Performance on a Apple Chipset (I am using M2 pro Max) is outstanding and way better then with any Intel chipset I have used before.

I trashed every Topaz file that I had and I tried to re-installed the dmg files. Several of them gave me the message "CPU type is not support - Topaz Adjust can only run on Intel CPU." I was able to get Adjust 5, BW Effects 2 and Simplify 4 to install correctly. Any ideas on the remaining plug-ins?

Well beside Akvis Sketch it's the only filter I am still using to get effects on images.
And I have never used Clarity and Remask. I only know a clarity preset in Topaz Adjust.
Topaz Clean 3 you can do by yourself with the oilfilter and an highpass filter on it.
DeNoise and Sharpen have been replaced by some AI versions. At least De Noise works pretty well.
In my personal opinion Topaz Studio is worth it's costs. ;-)
