RRJR84 contributor request

Another returning contributor, RRJR84 has the same status as spanky did with his contribution levels. But the same as spanky, RRJR84 was always active. So again, it is up to you guys if he should be accepted back into the Contributors group.

Does anyone know of any reason that they should not be promoted?

For example, if you know the artwork does not belong to them or in your opinion their artwork should not have been approved into the gallery, please let us know.
