xspankyxduckx contributor request

xspankyxduckx has requested promotion to the Contributor group. xspankyxduckx was previously a contributor, but took a break. He is now back and asking for contributor status.

Although his current contributor status is set at 'Approval Possible' and 'Download/Upload Ratio: 1:1 Inadequate' we do know what we get from spanky. Lot's of covers for his sets, that get a reasonable amount of downloads. Also, he does not download from the gallery a lot, which shows he is not going to abuse the gallery access.

But it is up to you guys, if you think he deserves to be promoted again.

Does anyone know of any reason that they should not be promoted?

For example, if you know the artwork does not belong to them or in your opinion their artwork should not have been approved into the gallery, please let us know.

I think it's the 3rd time he asks for a Contributor upgrade... and takes a break after a while.

So why not give it to him.
