I have a cover for a DVD case with a 50mm spine @ 300 dpi 3675 x 2160. I had started to upload earlier today and had to unexpectedly go before I could finish enter the description. Now when I try, it keeps telling me it's not an acceptable size. What am I doing wrong?

This is the size of the insert, If I make it smaller it would not have worked. The cases have a 2" spine. These are DVD's, the dimensions are bigger than Blu-ray or 4k covers. Here's a picture of it in use.

The nearest dimensions we have permissible for a 2 inch spine is 6-7 Disk Alpha = 3661 x 2175 (591 spine). The allowed dimensions have been carefully created over the years for a perfect fit to retail and bought cases.

That would be 31.12cm x 18.29cm printed, which is bigger than DIN A4.

OK, that is exactly what the cases are. I can work with that. I clicked on the link, and did not see a list of sizes and case types, is there such a list?

As for the comment about the size, I had to print these in two pieces and assemble them as one, but it will fit on standard Legal size paper. I had originally printed on silver paper which was not available in that size at that time. I'd be happy to resize for a smaller spine, these were made whne the sets first came out.

If you scroll down about half way down that link, you will see all of the dimensions.

I see it, I don't know how I missed that. I will adjust them, no problem.

I'd like to ask an unrelated question. I noticed there are measurements for a DVD insert, which I created to go with these, since it was part of the cardboard box, and not something that you can take out and transfer to this case. Is there anyway to allow someone to get these files? Can I put a link to a google drive, or ask them to message me if they want them so I can send them through email? I don't want to break any rules, but the inserts really complete each set.

You can tell people they can message you, to request the insert. We no longer hold inserts here.
