Label Of The Month is no more

When we started the Label Of The Month competition, we used to have a lot of custom labels that had hours of custom work put into them. As the hobby has developed, we have seen a concentration on custom covers a lot more than labels. So recently the Label Of The Month competition has seen a lot of modified poster art, rather than complete custom work. As you all know, a custom cover will take many more hours to put together than a modified poster on a label. As such, we felt it was not fair that designers were being awarded a 'win' for a label competition that was equal to a custom cover.

So we have stopped running the Label Of The Month competition. All previous win counts will stay, but you will no longer see the LOTM banners on members profiles or on new labels in the gallery.
