I think the second one also. Just thinking, if the window is reflective would you see less of Brosnan's shoulder behind the glass?

Completely agree too.
Maybe shoulder could be more blurry, just like the volcano effect, not so blurry because of the supposed distance but a little bit more blurry thant it is now.
Antway, that front (2nd), works better.

Your right side composition looks like a great pick -- the hierarchy it creates of Brosnan -> Hamilton -> the volcano leads to some nice eye movement (whereas on the left all three elements are given pretty much the same importance, so that design is a bit more flat).

What about boosting the darks? Hair strands can be painted in the darks, and lifting shadows can make Linda look less skeletal in the harsh lighting ?
