They can be a little tacky sometimes, but they have good stories and likeable characters. The last one I watched was My Name, and I really enjoyed it. It has a great story line, and if you don't mind dubbing, then I really recommend giving it a go. 8/10
Dubbing? I always recommend watching it in the original language and ofc read the CC :p . I'm gonna check it out my self, added a few korean shows to my list after watching squid game too.

The dubbing is actually done really well. And I would rather watch what is going on in the show, than reading text all the time. That's what books are for

You will have to let us know what you think, and recommend any others that you have seen.

Wheel of Time (2021). The show is four episodes in, and I am loving it. I read (most of) the books years ago, and this adaptation is faithful to the spirit, characters, and overall story of the books (which is more important to me than remaining faithful to the exact chain of events scene-by-scene). Half of one season may be early for giving it a rating, but so far it is a solid 8/10.

Edit: The only sad thing about this show is that since it is produced by Amazon, it will likely never see a release on physical media.

We walk in the dark places no others will enter. We stand on the bridge, an no one may pass.

I am eagerly waiting to watch this one. I will watch it when it has all been released, as I don't like having to wait a week for the next episode. But I am glad that it is good.

You should check out the trailer. If you like fantasy/sci-fi, then you will probably like the look of this

Venom: Let There Be Carnage - 6/10

I watched this yesterday evening and maybe I should have rewatched the first Venom film before as I wasn't aware of who's who and what was going on but it was still a decent film to watch, nothing amazing though. I feel it was too short and felt rushed.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the first one, so I am not too bothered about watching the second one. It was one of those films I was really looking forward to seeing, but left me feeling very underwhelmed.

I actually quite enjoyed the first film so had high hopes for the second.
