A really easy, and effective way of fine tuning your colours is to use Camera Raw's Color Mixer and Target Adjustment tool.
As always, right click on your layer and convert to smart object.
Now open Camera Raw (Shift + Ctrl/Cmd + A)
Select the Color Mixer menu and then select the Target tool in the Hue section. Hover your mouse cursor over the colour you want to adjust, and you will notice the colour guide that shows examples of the colours minimum and maximum colour range.

When you hold your mouse button on the colour you want to adjust, the cursor will change to a scale you can adjust. Move your mouse left or right to adjust that colour range on your image.

You will notice that the colour you have picked will change across the entire image.

Once you have adjusted your colours, you can do the same with the Saturation and Hue by clicking on the corresponding Target tools
