Dubbing? I always recommend watching it in the original language and ofc read the CCBazzah wrote:QUOTE (Bazzah @ Nov 25 2021, 07:20 PM) My Name (2021) After watching Squid Games, I have watched a few Korean TV shows. And I have been really impressed. They can be a little tacky sometimes, but they have good stories and likeable characters. The last one I watched was My Name, and I really enjoyed it. It has a great story line, and if you don't mind dubbing, then I really recommend giving it a go. 8/10

Wheel of Time (2021). The show is four episodes in, and I am loving it. I read (most of) the books years ago, and this adaptation is faithful to the spirit, characters, and overall story of the books (which is more important to me than remaining faithful to the exact chain of events scene-by-scene). Half of one season may be early for giving it a rating, but so far it is a solid 8/10.
Edit: The only sad thing about this show is that since it is produced by Amazon, it will likely never see a release on physical media.

We walk in the dark places no others will enter. We stand on the bridge, an no one may pass.

I actually quite enjoyed the first film so had high hopes for the second.Bazzah wrote:QUOTE (Bazzah @ Dec 15 2021, 04:27 PM) I wasn't the biggest fan of the first one, so I am not too bothered about watching the second one. It was one of those films I was really looking forward to seeing, but left me feeling very underwhelmed.
