Last film or TV show you watched and rating!
I didn't want to have two posts in a row on this thread, but it's been 20 days, so ...
Red Beard (1965). I absolutely love this film! The writing is top-notch, the acting is superb, the examination of human suffering is unflinching, and the optimism in the face of that suffering is moving. 10/10

We walk in the dark places no others will enter. We stand on the bridge, an no one may pass.
Watched squid games and was so bored, really don't get the hype at all, but had to give it a go just to see what it was, and had to watch it all in the hype that it got better.
Last decent show I watch was 9-1-1, that follows station 118 of the LAFD. this was an amazing show, and i watched all episodes available in 5 days, from series 1 to the latest of series 5, already watched 9-1-1 Lonestar, which is also just as good.

I have not seen it though, but want to see it. You confirmed my first thoughts...RRJR84 wrote:QUOTE (RRJR84 @ Oct 30 2021, 08:20 PM) candyman (2021) 0/10 what a horrible horrible remake
The last i've seen 3 days ago, was DUNE (2021).
graphically beautiful, breathtaking scenery, it's all in the visual. The cast is also extremely diverse and each just as good as the next. Except Monsieur Chamalet. I found him so cold in his interpretation... But i want to see DUNE II with great impatience... 8/10

Army Of Thieves (2021) For me the only good things about this movie were Matthias Schweighöfer being really funny, but there should have been more funny moments from him, and getting to see Nathalie Emmanuel
I thought the film was really strung out (typical Zack Snyder) and would have been better if it was about 80 minutes long instead of 127.

My Name (2021) After watching Squid Games, I have watched a few Korean TV shows. And I have been really impressed. They can be a little tacky sometimes, but they have good stories and likeable characters. The last one I watched was My Name, and I really enjoyed it. It has a great story line, and if you don't mind dubbing, then I really recommend giving it a go. 8/10
