I would like to request a chalky/blotchy brush or similar effect like what is shown in the image here:

Have you tried looking through Brushezzy, there might be a brush on there that could get a similar effect?

One of Ron's sand brushes might give you a similar effect, he has a free trial of some of them is 363M File.
