Create a quick transparent Film Grain layer.

1. Create a new layer (SHIFT CTRL/CMD N), name it Film Grain, set Mode to Overlay and select Fill with Fill with Overlay-neutral color (50% gray). Right click on the layer and select 'Convert To Smart Object'

2. Select Add Noise from the filter menu, and set it to around 4%, Gaussian and Monochromatic.

And that's it! Have a play with the noise layers Amount (double click on 'Add Noise' in the layers window) to change how noisy the image is. You can also add a Gaussian Blur filter, if the noise is too sharp, or Sharpen filter to sharpen things up.
