This weeks featured designer is chefjoe!

Please join us in celebrating chefjoe by posting one or more of your favourite covers they have made so far.

It doesn't matter if the cover has already been posted by someone else.

chefjoe is another old school designer, that many people will not know. But Joe was very well known for his love of the horror genre and created some really unique custom covers and labels, making his total gallery uploads a staggering 1,287 covers and labels!

Joe was also asked by some production companies to create retail cover art for their movies, which absolutely made his day! We haven't heard from Joe for a long time now, but you never know... maybe one day he will return

Legendary for his willingness to take on requests and never shy about splashing some extra flavor on his horror covers, Chef Joe is one of the truly unique personalities of the custom cover community.
I'm with Bazzah in hoping that -- like any great horror icon -- Chef Joe returns for a sequel.

chefjoe sounds nice at my ears when i pronounce it (several times, i admit, alone in front of my screen hahaha)

i remember have discovered fringe because of his covers...

The chef has some excellent covers and it would be really nice to see him back in action one day.


Awesome work on the front, I really like the grunge on the front and that you can see the flipped "car" in his helmet reflection. Excellent work on the back as well, great choice of picture to use on the back. It's a very nice dark grungy cover .


This is a really great collection cover. Great work on the front, you've included the three main pieces of the movies in a great way. Also very cool work on the back as well, with the creepy eyes and nice work on the synopsis as well. You've done an awesome job making this cover extremely creepy!


The front looks awesome, I love the image you went with, and also how it focuses on the sample. Nice work on the back as well, excellent work on the colors, bringing all the elements of the cover together in a great way. This is another fantastic cover from you buddy!
