The Golden Compass
There seem to be a lack of contrast all over imo, on some characters more than others. I would also try to match all the skin tones as close to one another as possible. Not sure about the flying woman either, unless she's a significant part of the movie.

You could maybe make the flying woman work if you reduced the rest of the images, and had her higher in the air. You could then fill the top space with actor names or a tagline?
And as said above, I would match the skin tones, as some are more yellow and others more red. Also the levels are not consistent. And finally, Daniel Craigs skin could do with some softening.
If you are not familiar with how to make any of these adjustments, then feel free to ask
That is what we are all here for, to help you learn.
But ultimately if you do not agree with these pointers, or are simply happy with your cover as it is, then you do not need to attempt them

Always appreciate the feedback everyone, also know that I have to listen and try things to improve Bazzah so will always give the advice a go
I have methods to try and match the levels, saturation and colour but they don't seem to get the most accurate results. Lots of the time I feel like I just have to end up doing the final adjustments by eye (which is also rather inaccurate).
Gave all the adjustments another go. Replaced flying woman with another version of her. Also did some burn on the top centre woman's face to get her shadows similar to the others (but I still feel her colour is off a bit and she seems to be the most difficult to match).

Have I gotten away with this? (i.e. does it look natural?)
To meet sauron's suggestion I:
Masked, reflected and rotated Daniel Craig's head only, leaving his body as before.
Masked out the bust and arm of the witch in the top right and merged it back onto the rest of her body, removing her original arm.

I think you have done a really good job here
Do not worry too much about the light source. There was a big discussion before regarding this, and it was agreed that light sources on montages are not necessary. If it were a scene that you were making, then it would be important. Kudos to you in what you have achieved here, especially your ability to implement the suggestions that have been made
