The Golden Compass
If you watch "His Dark Materials", it is the same, shorter.Bazzah wrote:QUOTE (Bazzah @ Jan 8 2021, 07:09 PM) I am sorry, but I haven't seen the film. So I cannot comment on how suitable it is.
Otherwise, it should be good to put a little dark, just my opinion...
The Famous CTRL+L button on photoshop
Seems that kidman has not the same tone than the others.
Great start

Nice start m8.
But I agree, your images need some more work to make it a more harmonic image.
I'd use the guy on the bottom left as reference (but he needs some more levels or curves adjustments as well) and adjust the other characters to make them look more similar to him.
The images in your background all work very well. Only the image behind Kidman isn't really working for me - the part between her hair and her right shoulder is too dark. I'd try to adjust this part of the background or maybe just move the image to to left so dark parts of it ar behind her head then.
Between the other characters I'd add some dust to separate them better from each other and give your artwork some more depth - here especially the two guys on the left of your front.
Last but not least I'd try to vary the images sizes a bit more. At the moment the three guys in the back have similar sizes just as the two in the front. Working with more different sizes would make your image look less straight-line but more diversified and interesting.

Have tried to adjust and develop based on all feedback given so thanks everyone.
Only thing I haven't worked in yet is Fidi's suggestion of dust.
I did think about adding a stardust/ magic dust effect the other day but haven't found any decent assets for that yet.
