Your absence in this thread has been noticed. Your friendship and support over the years was the biggest motivator for continuing to add new covers to this collection. I wish you didn't feel like you have to be silent, but I know I'm the reason you feel that way. It's bothered me every day since I said what I said. I tried to contact you to discuss this privately, but I think you deserve a more public apology.

I've been an a55hole to many people in this thread over the years. I regret every comment and yet I never seem to learn from my mistakes. I drive away good people whose only mistake was liking my work and asking to see more of it. The amount of time and effort it has taken to maintain this collection is overwhelming, and I over-react and respond too emotionally to that pressure. That's still no excuse for the way I routinely lash out in this thread. You didn't deserve to be talked to the way I did, nor did joelazza deserve my sarcastic response earlier today. Countless other members have not deserved to be treated the way I have treated them. I am a deeply flawed person and I have a lot of regrets.

I can't apologize enough to you, Darksaber... and to joelazza, and to everyone else I've mistreated. I don't expect you to respond, nor do I want you to feel obligated to post in this thread in the future. You - and everyone else in your shoes - deserves a public apology from me. I am deeply, profoundly sorry for my behavior. I am working to be better, but I obviously have a very long way to go.

I really don't deserve the support that I've been lucky enough to receive from the HiRes community. Thank you to everyone who puts up with my consistent BS and my most absolutely sincere apologies to everyone I have ever offended in any way.

Awesome work Kernie, I just love the TTs you do on your covers! The vector work of the Joker is great! I love Illustrator and those clean paths

I totally get why you have vented out to people, it’s because of the passion and hard work you put into your covers - no need to apologise to anyone just continue doing what you’re doing and we will all love the work you do as it’s amazing
