I'd make the Collection text one line and smaller.
Also this way you can center the title on the spine.
I'd make the Volume 1 on the front smaller.
And last, make the spine title and the Volume 1 and tiles smaller on the spine, so it's less crowded.

Took y'all suggestions, made a few tweaks.
Added top section to the back....but I'm leaning toward taking it out and leaving just the 10 titles/synopses/images. Or perhaps just taking out the "Hitchcock's first....." text, and leaving the title only at the top. I kind of like the approach that this a classic set of films and doesn't really need any extraneous marketing/blurbs about the films or the director.
Next, I think I will give a try to matching the images in the front to the films in the volume.
