Every once in a while, someone will mention printing a cover and having a friend or family member comment on it ("Wow, the version I bought didn't come with this cover!", etc.). Even for the best covers, though, that's pretty rare. This cover is a guaranteed conversation starter. If you like The Muppets and Friday the 13th and you print this out, how can anyone see this and not comment?
It's so specific and wacky and well done. Congrats, Kernie

Thanks, Tim! I'm glad that my weird sense of humor is appreciated with this cover.Bunny Dojo wrote:QUOTE (Bunny Dojo @ May 1 2019, 05:16 PM) It's so specific and wacky and well done. Congrats, Kernie![]()
I've always thought it was funny that the 1980's gave us two "Takes Manhattan" movies... an R-rated slasher film with Jason Voorhees and the other a G-rated family-friendly film with the Muppets. Thanks to a sleepless night a few weeks ago, I had the notion of merging the two films into a "double feature" cover. I'm not sure if anyone else found it funny, but I was laughing as I was designing such an absurd combination of films. The back image of Fozzie Bear holding a machete is particularly amusing to me.
Thanks to everyone who got the joke and voted for this weird and wacky cover!
