I guess it don't matter as he subscribes now, so he is not looking for downloads he already has that.

FYI though he is still getting rejected, had one yesterday in fact http://www.hirescovers.net/gallery/display....php?pid=143053

My big issue with him is he is still uploading his stuff into custom albums, when in fact it's so-so to decent scans or slightly altered scans.

Someone needs to tell him how to put stuff in the right places, I keep changing them...

Many -- perhaps all -- of his uploads are back and front previews from Blu-ray.com, cropped and stretched.

With that said, people are downloading the stuff and leaving very positive feedback. As long as there can be multiple "scans" available for the same title (in case a real scan or a more carefully done build comes along), it makes sense to see him named Contributor for providing a well-valued service.

I'm OK with the Contributor status... as long that we can check what he uploads. (...And yes they are modified scans and some get rejected, like one more today...)

As for dowloads... our code guru has a checking function to follow him... what I do not have (like my "BAN" button...)

Well said Tim, and I agree there is a market for what he posts, so I'm fine with that I just wish he would put it where it goes

BTW titandeejay does the same thing...

It is a tough one for me. As yes, his uploads are very well received, but many are rejected. But it is a resource I don't think the site can afford to lose. So on that basis, I would agree to add him to the contributor group. And if he improves, and his uploads are no longer rejected, we could consider moving him to the scanner group.
