All of them seems to use the same template, so I'm guessing they fall under this rule:

The big one is you can't apply for contributor status after uploading a few things in one day...

You have to prove yourself over time to show you are intending to be a active contributor and that it's not a one time upload to try and get quick approval for free access.

From the rules:

â€¢ You must be an active member making regular contributions over the last several weeks, to apply for contributor status. New contributors will also be monitored for regular uploads. If we feel you are not regularly contributing, after becoming a contributor, we reserve the right to remove your contributor access at our discretion. This is to prevent members gaining free access to the site, without continuing to contribute.
