Not sure I like the SF box and stills row outline (?). Colors, quote and synopsis look sweet. Remember to check the kerning of the quote, though.
Maybe add Denzel to the row of characters?

I know it's a now considered outdated version of your front cover but it should work anyway:
[attachment=40239:post_150...837211_2.jpg]
Yellow: The yellow arrows are indicating the light sources for Reynolds and Washington respectively. For both of them, the main light is clearly coming for the left. So in order to have a coherent artwork, I would try to add some light and/or brighten up the background in the marked area.
Grey: Denzel has some very nice rimlight on his right side, so I would try to adopt the same effect to Reynolds. Thereby, Reynolds would stand out more in the oversectioning area with Denzel (Reynold's arm/Denzel's back).
Green: The green line shows the tilt angle of both characters. So why not having the background in the same tilted position to add some dynamic?
I like the magenta/pinkish rim lights form the back. Maybe this would be an option for the front as well?

Pink rim light for Ryan. Tilted the corridor background a tad.
