I think it looks very good so far, excellent work on the bad guys as well. I still think the doc can go a little more to the left, so that his yellow ring effect dosen't cover parts of Thanos face. I would also move the "black iron man"

a little closer to doc to fill up the empty space between Drax and Star-Lord as well as move "the red woman" (I'm not into the whole Marvel universe) a little closer to Vision (Yellow cape man), just so that the flying characters are a little closer together. This is just me being picky to my taste so ofc you'll have to keep them where you think they look best

Great idea Rob, while your at it Baz could you fix Black Widows hair so it does not cover her face and maybe have it gently wave in the breeze that would be a nice effect...

A bit of an update. I tried moving the top montage as you suggested Jrr, but I just couldn't get it to look right that way round. I have changed it around a little though. Also moved the front 'back' characters a little Speed. I am still working on the baddies on the back.

Looking good buddy, might try using "Special Features" on this one instead of "Bonus Extras" it's bigger words and would fill more of the space plus with that font the "X" looks kind of like a "K" atm.

Very cool layout though

For the boxes, it is bugging me that you have a mix of rounded edges/corners and then the angled ones around the SFs. Perhaps try to make the rounded ones angled instead, to bring it all together?
