Beside fixed colors of the castle & the rocks I've added Lupin with new trousers and shoes.
And I've also built a new Sirius because I didn't really like the slight wrong perspective of the first image.

Any nore suggestions for the Azkaban front?

This is really excellent work, Fidi! Great to see!

Maybe add Hagrid next to professor Lupin and Mr. Black?
I went ahead and uploaded some images of him HERE

Hagrid's part isn't that big in Azkaban, is it? He only starts as a teacher and is going to Azkaban until the last chapter of the movie after the acident Buckbeak?

I know compared to the other front images this one is a it out of balance because it's the two guys on the right have smaller poses then on the first two.
I thought about adding a third character as well but that would destroy the consistency of two guys (one teacher/good guy an one villian) next to the artwork....

Really cool how you rebuild the prisoner. It looks very fantastic. The 3 fronts are beautiful :cool:

You're quite right, Hagrid is more suitable for the first movie, since he is the one to tell Harry about the whole wizarding world..

Only reason I asked to add another professor was the amount of negative space around Lupin/Black. Perhaps if they were placed closer together? Lupin could easily go just a tad behind Black, if you moved him a tad closer. Perhaps you'll need to enlargen them a bit.

I know and you're absolutely right about that negative space. As far as I've seen I'll hopefully will only have that problem with this movie's characters.
I've enlarged them a bit and moved Lupin behind Sirius as you've suggested.
