Prometeus74 contributor request

Prometeus74 has requested promotion to the Contributor's group. Does anyone know of any reason that they should not be promoted?

For example, if you know the artwork does not belong to them or in your opinion their artwork should not have been approved into the gallery, please let us know.

Prometeus74 posted 8 covers in 2013 to get contributor upgrade, since then posted one cover in 2014 and then posted two in 2017 Jun & Oct then was finally downgraded and now posted the minimum of eight in 2018 to get back in.

That's a grand total of 19 uploads and has downloaded 987 gallery items, so I doubt they will be much benefit to HC but you know many are not, but hey I guess one more won't hurt...

It is just as well we have an amazing coder, that wrote a bit of code for new contributors

So what happens as he clearly is doing it to gain access to the gallery? Does he still get contributor status?

Well, I guess he does but we monitor his activities. If he is seen to download continuously without uploading at least now and then, his status will be returned to a standard members account.

I guess we can pay extra attention to his actions after being upgraded (if he is).
