Annabelle Creation
I aprreciate the suggestion RRJR84, but I am going to stick with the doll on the spine
And thanks for the help with the typography Arkflip
Here is where I am. Can anyone think of anything to fit in between the two girls on the back, to fill that space?

I'd move down the title some more as Arkflip has suggested. So the text is in the middle between the girl's head and the top border.
I agree about some more fog here and there bit I'd keep the synopsis around the moon.
Is there any quote you could place between the two girls on the back? I wouldn't add any stills there because I think they'll look out of place there.
As for the spine the little doll isn't really working for me. She needs to be small compared to the other characters but she's so small that she's looking more like out of place or lost there than catching an eye.
And since you're using a more retail style for this cover I think you should try to go without the doll like it is now and add some classic small frame with an image inside. Maybe just try to show how it's looking then.

Hmmm I've not seen the film so not too sure what to suggest in between but why not add a turquoise/green overlay to the cover so it ties everything in together and maybe increase the contrast and brightness a bit... Something like this? (fingers crossed my screen calibration is better now

Coming right along Baz
I'm not too keen on having The Conjuring title treatment in the tagline, it's awful big and draws attention away from the main title for me, it would probably be better as just text, perhaps not even red, instead try making it italic maybe.
