Hardest Part Of Creating A Cover?

Discuss what you like in here. But try and keep it reasonably civilised!

For me its usually the back. Trying to make them interesting and yet functional with all the text can be hard.

Finding hi-res resources. Many covers I could not do because of that.

The key to faking out the parents is the clammy hands. It's a good non-specific symptom; I'm a big believer in it. A lot of people will tell you that a good phony fever is a dead lock, but, uh... you get a nervous mother, you could wind up in a doctor's office. That's worse than school. You fake a stomach cramp, and when you're bent over, moaning and wailing, you lick your palms. It's a little childish and stupid, but then, so is high school.

Lack of skill, knowledge of the programs to use, and the time to learn how. That pretty much sums it up! So here is a big THANK YOU to all of the designers out there, because without you I would be stuck with boring covers and labels.
