The winner of this month's HRC will get to choose next months HRC title. If the winner does not wish to choose a title, a title will be chosen for them.

Would it be possible to indicate not only the day but also an exact hour for the deadline? Such as 12:00 CET (just an example). Since it's an international site with people coming mainly from Europe and the US, a fixed time could be helpful. Just a suggestion.

8. Your full-size cover must be submitted by specified date at the end of the month, at 00:00 GMT
Just to clarify, 00:00 GMT is the beginning of the said date, not the end of the said date. However, you have until the entries are posted, which will be around 10am ON the morning of the said date (GMT). But to guarantee your entry is reached in time, please send it in by the official deadline.
