Back from hospital I've found some time to continue with the back:

Still much to do on the scene of course. But wanted to show my progress and hear what you guys think!

I've tried again to get his hand done, weyn tried to help me as well.
But it's all looking weird, obvious it's not the original image. And as long it's the hand on the right of the cover I think it's ok like it is now.

Fantastic work I must say. However, I do feel like the army men are looking at a poster. Might just be me, but it's looking a little flat (the part with kong). Is there anyway to make it come more to life like the rest of the amazing work you've done? I hope it wasn't anything serious and really glad to have you back in action. If you're recovering from anything then I hope you'll get well soon

Looking good! I do agree with Speed that it looks a little flat, maybe brighten Kong up a bit?

I've been playing with some curves and levels on Kong. Made some changes on the fire and blendings as well. Better now?
The small helicopter from the left boarder got taller and moved to the middle of the image so I hopefully get more depth into it.

Now I'm struggling with the right side of the back. Don't know what to do with the water there. Just could add the texts above it but that will be to much unused space then. Tryed to add some stills there but that's not looking good. Any ideas?

The film isn't released yet but maybe someone knwos the SF's and the synopsis? If it's enough text I could remove the water on the left, add the texts and some stills.

It's coming much more to life now, great update. I would think you should be able to cover the space with text. You got synopsis, rating critics, movie quotes, SF's. If you are going to add screens, then I feel like they would need to be on top, maybe something like a film roll or something similar. I haven't watched the movie, but if it is like king kong it should work (where the guy was so eager to get king kong on tape).
