They are all kept in the Cover Gallery

You can use the search at the top of the page, or (if it is xshoty's collection you are looking for) you can look in his Master Designer Gallery

Out of curiosity how comes the covers for TV series are designed with 11mm cases in mind? When a majority of shows are 3 or 4 discs for 15mm cases. I'd love to use some of them, but not they would look good with the spine to thin
