Very interesting conversation here. I don't know if he scanned them or not but Bunny Dojo has some good points. From my angle I see black text that's not black and whites that should be whiter. Some contrast would help along with the dodge and burn tools. Some sharpening would also be nice, I hate fuzzy edged text.

I think with the current stalemate vote, and no argument to show he is currently not conforming to site rules, it would be unfair to not grant access.

What this conversation has shown though, is we really need to update the contributor rules.

If there are problems whit low quality and stretching the covers to fit, why were the covers accepted in the first place, and if all the faulty covers are removed does he still have the required amount in the gallery?
