Oh ok. I wasn't sure. The characters still can be cut out tho, and have a black fade or bluish blur on the bottom of the credits and legals instead.
Maybe try all the text and template in the same gold color/texture as the TT and also add a bit of stroke or drop shadow to it? I would also move the Screencaps down a little so that the two characters can overlap it. I would also make the TT a little bit smaller and have the tagline spread out on the bottom as mentioned earlier. I understand that this is your first cover? I'm guessing you are using photoshop?

No it isn't my first cover, anything can be cut out. With Photoshop you can never stop learning, thanks for the input, I'd like to keep my vision as much as I can. I will keep updating as my time allows.

Thanks again.

Ok, because sometimes it's easier to show what button to press and so on, but it wouldn't do much good if you used a different program :p .
Made another example here:

Not sure what the resolution of the image you are working with is, but I took the part longest to the left of the picture and used that as a background for the credits and template. Then I faded the characters to blend a little with the background, cut them out so they overlap the screen caps to add more depth to the cover.
I would use a different font for the tagline on the front and maybe keep it white, but i feel like it's very important to space it out, which is why I've added a picture that shows you how to do that.
PS: I had to squeeze the image, because I was working with a DVD template, but that shouldn't matter.

You would definitely make your back much more interesting if you follow speed's mock-up and make the characters more visible so we can see more of them and their weapons instead of only their heads. :)

Thanks,

Not quiet hard, it's almost impossible, by cutting the image into pieces and than piece it back together. It's much different with a DVD template because the canvass is larger, there is more room to manipulate. I've cut out all the characters and been trying to piece everything together foe days it just doesn't look right unless I start stretching the images like speed.
