I think he should but should he be promoted but his work does need to be checked as some of them are a just about passable based on the quality of the imagery used and some are a bit sloppy, for example this label here - http://www.hirescovers.net/gallery/display....php?pid=124598 the text "Where everyone wants to be an icon" has clearly been copied and pasted from a poster.

As by the rules he should be promoted. But suaron is right, thought the same when I saw it.

You are correct, of course. I approved this label. I don't like the copy and paste tag lines personally, as it is a little lazy. But as it is a square, it could be interpreted as part of the design.

As a contributor though, he will still need to go through approvals.

As a contributor and having to still be approved then I think it's a definite yes then
