Atmospheric cover, however there are some things that bug me:
- Skin tone doesn't look natural to me. In fact, it reminds of the old Oompa Loompas. I would desaturate that orange a bit.
- You overdid it with the glow/brightness in her eyes (on the front). While it's still more or less realistic on her right eye due to the lightbeam, that is not the case with the left eye. Actually her whole face is a tad overphotoshopped for my taste :/

I agree with weyn, the skin tones look way too saturated. If anything they might look better under-saturated. It's a dark and grungy room she is in, not much to create an abundance of colour.
I think having her and the background considerably darker than the image of Goodman would make it more menacing perhaps.

Thanks for the advice guys
but something has happened when saving from .psd to .jpg everything looks too saturated and too much contrast. and when i open the same .jpg in PS it looks good. Maby there is some color setting i have changed by mistake or something. The same thing happens with all new covers i'm working on, they look good in PS or windows paint. have to figure out this first and hopefully i can show an update
