Thanks WilderMike!

Just out of curiosity and with no guarantee that I'll actually be able to make the cover(s), but what covers are people still interested in? My to-do list, while still somewhat lengthy, is getting shorter and shorter and I'm wondering what people might still be waiting for?

Please keep in mind that all new/upcoming movies, TV shows, and cartoons will be added around the time they are released (or their current season has finished).

Again... no promises, but just for my own reference. Thanks! :D :D

Hmm..... Nothing specific, as I think you have everything covered (No pun intended), basically anything you can find the resources for, I'm interested in all, especially if I can find the equivalent title on dvd/bluray or if not released a high quality webrip/tvrip :)

I just wanted to offer my sincere thanks Kernie for your commitment level on these covers. There is nothing more deflating than an artist starting a series with awesome artwork and then not finish the set. All this work you do I know takes up a lot of your free time and I certainly appreciate the effort. Plus, these are fantastic more-than-professional versions in my opinion. Thank you so much.

Excellent editions, especially Deadpool!

2016 will be an exceptional busy year for you, I suspect, what with the many upcoming super hero flicks. Now that you've crossed off Deadpool, I (the DC fan that I am) look forward to your take on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad. Of course Marvel will also bring heavy weighters to the table with Captain America - Civil War and the one 'true' (not Fox or the like) Marvel movie I most look forward to - Doctor Strange! I really hope Marvel can do the comic book version (who is Bad a$$) justice!

So far, Im not quite satisfied, but will wait with my final judgement until the movie is actually out! ;)

Which super hero movie(s) are you most anticipating, Andrew?

"Not quite satisfied?" All that's out right now are 3 photos, some concept art, blurry spy pics of filming, and zero footage! I would definitely wait for at least the first trailer before being any sort of satisfied/dissatisfied! :D :D :D

So far, I like the costume, I like the cast, and I like the director... and I trust in Marvel's previous track record.

Would you rather have this...

Is it cliche to say that I'm anticipating all of them? :D

Deadpool looks fun, violent, and true to the comics. I'm not sure how well the film will appeal to wide audiences for huge box office success, but I think it will give Deadpool fans exactly what they've been hoping for.

Batman v Superman and Suicide Squad... I'm very much intrigued. I didn't love Man of Steel, so the DC Cinematic Universe has a bit of proving itself to do. I like most of what I've seen from both films, but then I remember Zack Snyder is at the helm of BvS. He's usually "style over substance" but I'm hoping he's learned how to balance great characters and story with his incredible visuals. Suicide Squad looks okay... not sure about Will Smith being involved... need to see more before I have a solid opinion.

Captain America: Civil War... looks great from the first trailer. Hoping it's more Winter Soldier and less Age of Ultron. I liked Ultron, but it was a bit chaotic and tonally inconsistent. Winter Soldier is arguably the best Marvel movie so far and I'm trusting that the Russo brothers can bring more of the same to Civil War. I'm also interested to see how they incorporate the new Spider-Man into the mix.

And then there's my least anticipated... X-Men: Apocalypse. Reading X-Men and watching the 90's cartoon was how I got into comics and I only wish I was more excited by the X-Men film franchise. After 7 X-films, I just feel they're so inconsistent. The continuity is all over the place and I have a hard time getting invested in each film when they're just going to contradict themselves for the next film. Wolverine goes back to bone claws at the end of The Wolverine, but has metal claws at the start of Days of Future Past. The ages and timelines of Xavier and Magneto make zero sense and I hate that Mystique has become such a prominent character mainly because of Jennifer Lawrence's popularity. With X-Men, it feels like the filmmakers are just making it up as they go along, with no regard for anything established in the previous films. Heck, even the Colossus that appears in Deadpool seems nothing like the Colossus that has appears in the past X-films. I wouldn't mind a full reboot after Apocalypse or after Jackman retires his character with the third Wolverine solo film.

--

But enough about my long-winded thoughts... I'd love to hear from other members... what are your most anticipated comic book film of 2016??? :D

My order of anticipation:

Doctor Strange
Captain America: Civil War
Deadpool
X-Men
Suicide Squad
Batman V Superman

Doctor Strange because this can be new and exciting like Guardians and Ant-Man and everything looks good thus far with it. Cap because of course (huge marvel fan) but looks a lot like Winter Soldier probably not a lot new but it will be super duper awesome. DP because it could be awesome or Ryan Reynolds could overplay it and ruin it, either way I'm prepared to be entertained. X-men because I've like the last 3 (counting The Wolverine). Suicide Squad because it's a wildcard. BVS because the only thing I find remotely intriguing is seeing how Batfleck does.

Many many thanks for the marvelous covers. Just wondered if you ever thought about doing complete series covers for tv series / animation that have already ended? For example you would have lets say spider-man 1967 complete series, season 1, 2 & 3 covers.
Again many thanks for your efforts.

Because it's already been made as a complete collection Spider-Man 67

I doubt very much that Kernie would go back to it to make 3 separate covers

you ever considered G.I Joe? They were comics and i think the comics actually came out before the animated series just like transformers.

also a double feature for the reb brown captain America (plz don't yell, lol)

But in all seriousness even i'm stumped besides the grey area because you have covered pretty much anything ever made imo
