Add reflections - Video

I'm watching all these videos.. I was wondering about the reflection that was made on the Leon the professional cover made by Zungam:

So. to achieve the refelection he added to the glasses he did something similar to this but without the motion blur? Or in this case as he may not even reflected an image but just put the image in the glasses and how did he get that roundish look of the image on the glasses?

Maybe Zungam is the ideal person to respond but I guess any designer should know.
