Cutting Out Difficult image

I don't usually post this stuff but i'm looking for some good help from those design experts, i'm not the best at cutting out pics with busy backgrounds but here goes i wanna cut this pic out with all the just remove the background.

thanks, but this picture in particular i'm working on cutting out already did the other picture

This is a really quick guide, and just one way you can do it. The settings are rough, but I have shown them as a guide. You will need to adjust them to your needs.

With your image layer selected, select Color Range...
Turn up fuzziness
Hit OK
Now add a mask
Select the mask properties, and click the Mask Edge button
Turn up the Radius, contrast and shift the edge accordingly
Hit OK
Now with your brush tool, and the mask selected in your layers, colour back in any missing parts of the image.

I done this in about 30 seconds, but hopefully it gives you an idea

P.S.turn joke mode off ( but i did think about the color range, not about the fuzziness, what the heck does more or less fuzziness gonna differ?)

I used it to select how much of that colour was selected
