So I started working on a cover for this beatiful, amazing movie.
Here's what I got so far:

Overall cover:

this is the reference i have for the back. It's the american dvd. notice that I'm making a blu ray cover with dimensions of that of a dvd thinpak so bear that in mind.

And finally I really want to put this image in the back cover because it really is funny and sexy and it's in the spirit of the movie..A crazy s3x comedy:

Any suggestions?

Nice start :) I would work on the shadows of the people and the bench, so they don't look too cut and paste. And watch the background blues. You can see straight lines where the different backgrounds have been cut and paste.

Also, please make sure you only upload images that are 1000px wide.

Oh ok. Yes. I also note now that there is a distinct line...difference inthe blues..have to get that homogenous.

Shadows--check.

Have to imagine what i wanna do with the back and that image above.

Hopefully it'll turn out good

I agree with what Baz has said but I would also watch your cloning as can see some repeating patterns on the grass.

Fill a new layer with black, deselect it, add gaussian blur and then transform the perspective.

Google image search will find you some decent grass png pics like this one.

Hey alienmem

The "fan-art" poster quality is not to good to begin with.....basically it leaves you a lot of work to do before you can make it look half decent for your cover creation.

Due to colour variation of the grass and the small amount of work-space open to you, cloning is not a good option.
However, you can erase all the grass and blue from the BG of the image (and make quite a good job of it) in about 30/40 mins. Then just replace it with a perspectively scaled grass image which can be found on the interweb (as Venome did for you).

I made an example for you too see the difference between your cloned version and my replaced an image version

However, as I previously stated the "fan art" poster is pretty poor quality....and you have a tricky job in front of you
