These changes were implemented to improve search results and to make uploading easier.
1. Upload sizes have been adjusted to correct the errors which cause upload failures when multiple large files are selected for a single upload this also applies to the cover art gallery.
2. On multi-file uploads, no longer will the file name be the caption, now the album name will be used as the caption. The filename which used to be used as the caption will now be added in the description so any info it way contain will still be included, to help staff identify new files in the Unsorted section.
3. The "move" script has been changed, when a item is moved from section to section in the Resource Gallery -- it's caption (title) in all cases will get set or reset as the case may be to the destination section's title. This insures correct naming of files in each section at all times and insures search works as expected.
4. Single file uploads will have the destination album inserted as the Caption by default this will in most cases be fine, you can however edit it if you like but I think for the most part it would be best to add any additional information in the "description" field instead -- as it is also searched by default.
