We do what we can to ensure covers are not uploaded elsewhere, but obviously we are limited as to what we can do. There are some sites that primarily exist on 'stolen' covers, so they will not remove them at all. But there are also many that will respect the request of the original author to have the artwork removed. It is usually the sites whose owners do not create covers themselves that do not appreciate the time involved in creating custom covers. It would be nice to see some of your custom artwork
