I totally didn't know the new Rock Hercules movie was based on a comic until I read an article from Alan Moore asking people to boycott it. It actually looks like the first Brett Ratner movie I may slightly enjoy...

For now though, Guardians of The Galaxy cometh!

Yes, but it is a compilation of episodes from Superman: The Animated Series and Justice League. No new content, apparently. DC/WB have done this a number of times with Batman: TAS episodes as well. [Source]

I won't be "covering" these, as all of these episodes are contained within their proper season sets of their respective shows.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will release “Batman: The Complete Television Series” on Blu-ray™, DVD and Digital HD on November 11, 2014.

Pre-ordered my Blu-ray copy as soon as I heard Amazon was taking orders. Can't wait to see how these look in high-def.

Hopefully the package artwork is more inspired than what they've already shown. We've waited this long for the series, they could at least spend a bit of time on some decent packaging. Personally, I'd prefer that WB just buys this fan artwork and uses it... it's absolutely beautiful!

Christopher Franchi of Metaluna 5 Media. Check out his facebook... even more wonderful eye-pleasing stuff to see! :D :D :D

And the new Wonder Woman unveiled at SDCC... I like it! I'm hoping it's just the color palette of the image and that the actual outfit keeps a bit more color in the suit, but I still like the subtle golds, reds, and blues in the costume!

Thanks, Wow he's done some really amazing art :) WB should have used him, as the artwork they are going with looks very simplistic, sort of the retro 60's style, which I suppose is fitting for the series.

WW, personally I don't think this will be the finish costume of wonder woman, I believe there has to be some sort of origin/back story to her beginnings, and this is the apparel she wears while still the warrior princess, I'm not seeing the red and blues are you are, but bronze and browns, but that might be just the filter.

With only a Level Adjustment and Saturation boost, here are the colors I'm seeing...

I think she looks badass! Even if she could throw on even more muscle. :)

In other SDCC news, first footage from Dawn of Justice was presented to thunderous applause.

I haven't been able to find a decent copy of the teaser, but we see what looks like Batman, wearing something close to Miller's Bat Armour (from The Dark Knight Returns graphic novel). Dusting off and lighting the old Bat symbol on the bleak Gotham sky... And what appears in the light? The Man of Steel with glowing red eyes as if he's about to blast Batman to smithereens with his heat vision. Tadaaaah! :arms:
