Well, I'm the odd man out, it seems!
I think it would be closer to your original idea to let the BIG mouth dominate the fronts. Remember that the stegosaurus image could work very well on the back instead, keeping the covers uniform, whilst showing off the diversity of 'resurrected' dinosaurs on the backs. You could implement that to your template for this trilogy; having various dinosaurs, connected to the film in question on each cover.

A designer knows he has achieved perfection - not when there's nothing left to add - but when there's nothing left to take away

Here's the picture to the third movie, and here's the front so far. Unfortunately, the picture quality is not the best, and there's a disturbing gap in the middle.

Or should I use this size? But here, I have problems with missing parts of the Spinosaurus.

I like it!
I don't think you should shrink the image, but I think you should brighten it up and rethink the color scheme. I don't think the purple base with pops of yellow/green really works
But you are becoming the king of set extension as a result of this trilogy! This image keeps the theme of interaction with both the dinosaur and the people looking at on another.

Little update. I don't know what to do with Sam Neill's head.
