Ender's Game... no. It's based on a book series from the 1980's and was adapted to comic book form in 2008. The film seems to be largely based on the books and not the comics. Whereas the Conan films were heavily influenced by Marvel's comic version of the character or The Shadow is largely considered a "comic book hero" despite originating in radio serials, I do not feel that Ender's Game falls into a similar "gray area." It's clearly a book series first.
As for Noah... that's a tricky one. The film is based on the graphic novel interpretation of the film's original screenplay, meaning that the original idea was that this story would be a film first. However, the whole thing is based on a story from a little something called the Book of Genesis, which I don't believe was a "comic book," despite certain characters having what some might call "super powers." I think because the whole thing is based on a bible story, it would disqualify it from my collection, despite the screenplay's adaptation to graphic novel format. I'm really not sure how to handle this one?
And even though THIS was a comic book at one point, I have no intentions of adding it to the collection...
