Looks much better without the gradients. Still feel that the front needs more though, don't think the "smurf happens" works, seems like it's just there to fill the gap.

Just made this very crude mock up of something you may be able to do - the two images used are available on movie poster db. Obviously yours would look better as you have all the layers to mess about with.

I think it's too much and it doesn't work to have smurfette two times, but what i like is the background with the buildings

Mustn't get ready tomorrow, i would think about it, what i could do here...

great update the new front is spot on i'd say

However still think something missing on the back, maybe images of Gargamel & Azrael

Obviously if you were to go the route I mocked up, you wouldn't have two smurfettes.
