Splendid work so far! Really great job!

Being picky i think you should rotate Snipes at the front to the left so he can be like the others. Atm imo the picture looks odd like that.

I think you should consider repositioning Snipes, dropping him at tad to make all of their eyes go on the same angular line - I think the perspective also works better that way,. My english suck. Example below. :sponge1:

Best i can do is to drop him a tiny bit JR, he just looks very short rather than it being a perspective thing
