Why'd you ditch Connie? I thought she looked great on the first few WIPs, though I understand she's not really a central character, Personally, I'd vote to lose Mary but that's probably because I don't like her.

Otherwise, is there a way to darken Mary's hair? She looks like she's blonde on the cover. Her glamor style photo seems a bit out of place.

Also, I don't really like the image of Michael. He's the most important character in the trilogy and he looks like a punk in that image.

Agree with shiftyeyes about both Mary and Michael. Mary's image did look a bit out-of-place to me, but shifty is right... it looks like a glamour photo. Is it actually a photo of Sofia Coppola from the film or from somewhere else? She looks older in that image.

Michael's image isn't too bad, but maybe you can find an image that depicts him as more of the central figure of the trilogy. Possibly even positioning him with Brando so that it symbolizes the "legacy-inheriting" aspect of their relationship?

Can't believe it's been two years, but I finally found some inspiration for this again. Decided to ditch my original idea since I felt I was going in the wrong direction and wanted to try something else.

The front composition is inspired by a couple of posters I found and I've spent quite some time building the Fredo and Sonny death scenes. Will continue to work on the composition but wanted to see what you guys think so far?
