Been trying to find a good copy to work off of for the back and spine, but my efforts have been futile. So I was hoping someone could help me out and give me the proof of purchase number on the back (lower left corner) and the spine number. Thanks in advance!

Thanks JR, that's the one I've been using as reference. Couldn't really see the proof of purchase number on that one though. ;)

EDIT: Also, this can be closed now as I'm in the process of uploading the cover to the gallery.
