I've been strugling to find a good picture to use for the front, something like you can see on the preview. So far this was the best one but i'm not sure if it's working or not.

Don't wanna ruin this with a bad image, so honestly do you guys think this one works?

Btw, the hair cutout is still in work. And i don't know what to add for the background

I think the image could work.

If you bring in more elements from the original image, the problems wouldn't standout as much? Also you could blur the BG like Ben's image is and add grain over the entire front so they are similar in detail.
