Just printing out the Walking Dead covers to get the same over all shade, and looking at the front of each it's either pure chance or it's your brilliance that you've been able to get the same overall placement of characters on each cover with the the background of the primary settings on each

Season 1 The City
Season 2 The Farm
Season 3 The Prison

Just thought I'd point this out for anyone that has missed it and wouldn't think twice

Thanks for taking the time to notice these details, DS! I wouldn't exactly call it "brilliance" by any means, but the placement of characters and the background images are entirely intentional.

Unfortunately, I backed myself into a corner by using the cast image for Season 1, and AMC hasn't really done similar photos for S2 & S3, so I've had to assemble the keyart for those sets myself. It gets a bit tricky to match them sometimes, but I'm very glad that you've noticed and mentioned it. Definitely makes the effort feel worthwhile.
